Nothing to see here. It’s been for sale... just like all publicly traded entities.
And the source is? Or at least more details needed than that to be credible. Is "the street" referring to wall street, or just indicating it's a general rumor?
Not trying to stifle information sharing, but need more than that to make it worth following.
