In EMEA it is your legal right + 1 month OTE
One months severance pay after 10+ years at service ... - not too happy but survived at least the 10 first rounds of transformation :-)
A former colleague was at netapp for about 9 months and left with one month pay + 4 weeks gardening leave. Really sh!ty situation to be left in. Not the first time or last time people come to netapp and get let go months in.
I do not know the formulae but I spoke with someone who been with NetApp a little less than 2 years and said 4 months pay. May have included unused vacation hours. Obviously varies globally based on different employment laws.
