There is no future here - this company has gone downhill and is showing no indication of ever changing direction. The only thing those on top know to do lately is lay people off - that's their answer to everything.
My advice to anybody who is still stuck in this mess, start looking for a new job right now.
I wanted to leave and was looking - but they laid me off before I could find something. I guess they think they can fire their way to profitability. IMHO, the sooner the board fires CEO Dan McCarthy, the better off the company will be.
I saw the writing on the wall a few months ago and left. I didn’t want to compete with the rest of my department for a job when the ace head dropped.
