People are not stupid. Everyone knows that the fact that they were not chosen to move to HCL makes them the prime candidates to get laid off, sooner rather than later, of course, in parts of the company that were outsourced. People are leaving as we speak, many are hitting the job market.What happens when there is no on left in those parts of Xerox that actually works for Xerox?

The question is will they be using direct layoffs anymore as opposed to getting rid of people via HCL? I feel like everyone will exit through HCL.
