Anyone find it interesting PEPSI laid off approx 40 admins in NY and now they are posting admin positions? Just wondering if all those laid off who applied were interviewed?

Also find it funny that not all admins are treated the same way. Some get extra privileges - overtime, laptops, cells phones, while the rest are told no. No incentives unlike the rest of people in the company.
Ramon thinks the chicas should be in the kitchen. Indra was a b--ch but at least she had our back
"WOW...smh...sad. Were the impacted admins pensioners? Were they looking for younger folks? "
Yes - many of the admins let go had significant tenure with Pepsi - clearly at the higher end of the pay scale.
Those jobs are ecom jobs anf they're posted internally. They are where they got rid of a bunch of people. Probably to make space. They have ecom warehouses popping up. It's part of their reorg plan to move toward online sales.
Out with the old, in with the young (and cheap).
Strange ~ doesn’t make the company look very good. From what I’ve heard Ramon doesn’t put a high value on admins ~ so not surprising at all.
probably less expensive and people that don 't ask diffuclt questions.
Some Execs probably realized they would have to do their own expense reports
WOW...smh...sad. Were the impacted admins pensioners? Were they looking for younger folks? Makes no sense.
