Are our leaders aware of that. Every year it’s the same and yet nothing good came from all of the reorgs in which many of us grabbed the bitter end in one way or another. Any chance that this will stop? When will they wake up and admit that this process just did damage to the company.

This company is too top heavy yet they create new exec positions
Ceo communicates meeting criteria and not how he is growing the business or any new products
Face it we are too expensive. Leaders are told every year the same thing. You have to show productivity (savings) of $xxxMM and the only thing left to find that productivity is to lower the personnel cost. Bad thing is after all is said and done, the leaders will still want more productivity but there won’t be any left to find
You are looking at this from an employee's perspective. Pepsi cares about the stock price, employees are disposable resources with little value.
Look at the Pepsico share at the stock market , it prooves that you are not right. And believe it or not , but that s the only thing that matters , at the end of the line. Values , performance with purpose are simply things to keep personnel busy until they are not needed anymore.
