The way they cut was very pick and choose in my store. Pretty much the SM took advantage of this situation and kept the favorites and let go of the rest. I have Worked so hard for this company and I didnt deserve this. A lot of people didn’t deserve this. It was handled very unprofessionally . Shame on NORDSTROM for not knowing any of this. This is not the company I signed up For!

Completely true AND the way they changed the Rack management is ridiculous! There are hardly any people working the floor, now, instead there are a ton of people in the warehouse, including 3 managers!! Why on earth do they need 3 managers in backstock?! Customer service is gone.
Nordstrom layoffs at their corporate HQ in downtown Seattle continue this week... It's been heart-wrenching to see so many good people get strung along and tortured with the fear of losing their job at any minute. This speaks volumes to how Nordstrom has failed to lead their organization. For those employees who stayed, RUN! This machine is shutting down fast. My money, nor my footprint will continue to be invested here.
