Noble shouldn’t buy anyone. They stink as an operator. They should be sold to another company who can create value for shareholders. Noble should go away as soon as possible.

Slow in paying vendors? Hog wash! Before i was laid off I had invoices on my desk that had been there for 9 months waiting for manager approval. I'm sure their still on that desk, and unpaid.
Noble would do well to hire Centennial's executive team and adopt their BOD. Those changes would be serious upgrades.
Where would they get the money? Rumor has it Noble is slow paying all vendors.
