Well again Power (Strazik) has out done himself again. The infamous bean counter laid off all Office Administrators... get this ( only those supporting Leadership below the SEB level). Seriously as if this is going to make a dent in the numbers; yet make it now such that EB’s some of which have global teams bigger than some SEB’s do their own administrative work...( there’s a real productivity play- high paid execs scheduling mtgs. etc.) No thought given to span of control just straight across the board. Any one guess why they stopped at SEB level... of course those Leaders and above could not do without...such hypocrisy. But isn’t that the backdrop here. How many SEB and above do we have and how many have actually been laid off. De-banding is not a lay-off as most times they don’t loose pay or already accrued benefits. The playbook is lay off all those that actually get real work done so we can have more BS over sight and meetings with Senior Leaders about why we cant get more done with less. Oh, and again the America’s getting hit hard as dare we touch Europe! Such lack of understanding of the business by those in charge...an Immelt saga all over again!

Dude, you were fired a long time ago. Get over it.
Many, some, all, whatever, of the OA's were let go last year. We discussed it last year. We talked about the fact that everyone liked their OA and how sad it was. No reason to do it over again just because you want to be a deck.
