What type of rumors are swirling around at other locations?
I don’t work in CV, but it’s quickly becoming a situation where people are either incredibly stressed out and working their asses off ... or they’re completely checked out and waiting for the hammer to drop. Such a weird and unhealthy environment now.
I imagine it's what being on death row is like, the only difference is we don't get a "last supper" when it's our time lol. Everyday we wonder if it's going to affect us, if we're going to get cut, we are barely getting our work done because wtf is the point if performance doesn't play a role in who gets laid off? Nobody is telling us anything, yet everyone knows something. It is messed up.
