At least that’s the case at my store. Honestly I can’t remember when someone was laid off from my location, and people are leaving all the time and the new young workers are being hired until they quit too. I don;t know if anyone has the same situation at their location?

At my store there aint no winning it seems that every time we meet the finishlines the manager adds more things to do by the the same time next day to the point where we just cant do it anymore staight up need superpowers now to meet those unrealistic goals and when finishlines not met manager has meeting and humiliates us and says we are the problem at the store when everyone knows the problem is her and all her (chosen ones) that get by all day hiding and doing things that are not useful for the team but we cant say anything or we get retaliated against and hours cut down to 12 a week when will wal mart step in and fix this i have spoken to employees at other stores and it seems like managment is always the issue they play the part of the good guy when corperate does there walks of the store but as soon as they leave all hell breaks lose they need to do an undercover boss or something to see the conditions we work in daily to really understand the situation our manager basically is a dictator napolean type that tells all the assistant managers to treat us like c-ap and for us to have fear of them not cool wal mart
More then half my store has 3 or more points. That also saves on bonuses. And ques the line for the next round of victims...Errrrr.....employees.
The new lower PTO accruel rates they're just starting to role out should really help with turnover. Here's a hint, the smart people are quitting because they know they can do better, who does that leave to run your c-appy stores??
Yes same at my store. Overworked and understaffed. Has gotten very bad last few months. It is awful.
