Only speaking for myself, sales rep, and i got a couple tiny percentage points on my commission 2 weeks ago, but technically that would count as a raise, even though its next to nothing
Why are some on conf calls others hotels?
All hourly employees in our area got raises last week.
Nobody has a clue what the meeting is about, but you now for sure security will be there rofl come on people.

When you get to your meeting sites look for security personal. If there is expect the worst, and yes I’ve heard that security will be there.
Did anyone think it might be that they are proposing a union they talked about this months ago that’s why the raises to keep us in line with other company’s but nestle doesn’t want union that’s why the raises think positive it’s a meeting not the end !!! Screw unions they s---
NROC is not part of this meeting/call. Only supply chain and DSD employees.
A good friend of mine works at waters and they are NOT on this call. They had a similar call in April and announced restructuring and layed off 100 people shortly afterwards
Got word, from a big bird at Schwan's that they received an email stating the competition Nestle, will no longer be dsd.
WARN notices must be filed within 60 day but that would include any weeks paid as severance. So you could turn in notices on Tuesday, have a 30 day ramp down and then the lowest severance time be 30 days. That is likely why if we are loosing jobs no notices have been filed at this point.
If it is warehouse how many jobs will be lost?

Writing was on wall 5 years ago. Crossdocks going away.....routes dropping from 8....to 5...now 2. Finger pointing....too much “covering your a--” etc
What I think is going to happen..Doller General,C-stores for example are going to a distributor and every thing else is going warehouse
With the WARN notices they only need to give a 60 day notice. So they can wait until after Tuesday to file that which would give them a 60 day transition period and gives us our 60 day notice.
I think it's a live web cast not a conference call. Conference calls can't hold that many people.
How many employees are we talking here? What ever the number if its 5,000 your saying all on a conference call at one time?
Whatever it is I don’t believe it’s good. They wouldn’t shut down the entire US on such short notice and have all of us in a meeting at the exact same time if it was good news.

if you go back and look at some of the nestle interviews, they say exactly their intentions. Warehouse is, for me, not in the picture anymore. Complete sale of pizza and ice cream stands out now. The logistics of that and who could take it on, no idea unless a bunch of small companies.

No WARN notices for Florida yet, legally if they are doing mass layoffs they have to give the affected state a WARN notice. So bizarre with technology, no info. Hubby is da and just got a big raise a week ago.
What you dipshits don't realize is that this meeting is company wide not just DSD its a company wide shut down why is water and candy and dog food on this same conference call

Over paid management that sits in the office all day sending texts about why you’re vanilla so delicious is missing at some bf Walmart. Seriously over managed with no focus on taking care of the stores that make us real money. No more focus on merchandising standards and more concerned with making sure we can write down made up scenarios that could potentially harm us ( risk predictions). Time for a big change and I say bring it.
