In Florida they are making the Managers write up all departments for any little thing. I think there trying to make the job so unbearable people will retire. They are making New rules then going back a month and writing people up for the new rule they just made. IBEW won't do anything they just say Watch Your Back......F.Y.I.....also if Managers dont write people up they will be put on a 30 day action plan.

Damm sound like you guys work for verizon,same sh-- here micro managing from the VP who is a bad person really bad like scum of the earth bad.
I log in do my 8 and bail. I put it right back on them by following every stupid p&p they have told me about. I get about 2 jobs a day done. I start with my vehicle safety check to job site survey to cleaning my truck at end of shift. Everything they have told me to do I follow, I screenshot and text my supervisor with every warning, loop care, and dispatch ping I get. I put it right back on them. Its what they've told me to do and I drain them every day with it. The want to live by the rules so be it. They want to be d---s I can play that game. And GRIEVE EVERYTHING TIE THEM UP IN MEETINGS AND BRING YOUR NOTES!!! Trust me it hurts them.
They're doing this everywhere, mate. Morale is so low that it's affecting employee loyalty. They don't even bother to do employee surveys like they used to, so they evidently don't care what we think. They are messing with people's work ethic, which in-turn affects productivity. Work ethic often yields to human nature when people are treated poorly. Take it from someone who has invested most of their life to my service area, If you're young enough to move on, I'd highly recommend it!
Been doing that in the state I work in...follow the rules, they arent playing.
