Looks like most Xerox and XBS cores have seen the link to the PowerPoint that was leaked. It's making it's rounds and it's all the gossip this morning. People are printing it out and sharing it all over. Add that to the retention bonus emails that went out this morning and everybody knows what's really going on now. If anything this is going to make people leave in droves.

Where are all the HCL people that said the leak that came out about how they were going to take over and eliminate departments was a lie. Where are they now? Everything that got leaked out is happening now. Liars.
I did not get a bonus. Wow. I feel special even more! I am already looking and interviewing. By Xerox. The equipment and software and those who support it on the ground are great. Those who orchestrated this cleansing s---! The C-Level people only care about making Xerox look good on paper. A BILL OF SALE PAPER that is! I suspect that those contracts will be printed on a Brother Ink Jet.

Appears to just be the admin type jobs being offshored which makes sense as most of these roles are already in Guatemala for anything sold directly from Xerox.
Am I correct in saying any of the sales people for these CORES wouldnt be affected as I doubt they are going to sell the equipment from Guatemala??
