The risk of reduction of the top heavy is getting rid of those that may be "in the know" who then turn around and become a Whistleblower or the catalyst behind a R.I.C.O. action.

If your way up there, you are in for good because of what situations you know of. The lower ones benefit greatly by covering up and hosing down fires that spring up from time to time, this is not risk free either. "Members" will loose everything. I know that this is cryptic to some degree, but true enough for some of those who may be reading this. They know who they are.

I would never work for Denbury again.
