Your commentary regarding The executive’s having “Golden Parachutes” and what they do with the proceeds is telling to me. Your concern is less about what is the future of the company and more one of jealousy and entitlement.
I can care less about what people get to leave and focus more on how can impact those around me to succeed and drive desirable outcomes.
I think it’s safe to say we are not like minded people.
We do agree on one thing. SGAS will be a smaller entity when we finally emerge into the company we should be. This does mean roles will be eliminate as the initial customer base aligns to the relevant aspects of our portfolio we look to provide in the future. And yes that can represent risk to those who resist the change and fail to bring value.
And for the lack of vision/direction you mention. Perhaps it’s over your head or you were not listening (or working) the many times it was described.
Lastly I do agree that the execution of that vision has been flawed and trust that the new leadership will make the changes necessary to correct this.
Make sure the next door you use has an exit sign above it.
