IL Network Tech in CLEC who was given notice that I was being downsized for cost effective reasons. Low ticket count was the main reason why. How can you get tickets when nothing is being sold and internal groups don’t know or care how the Network is hanging on with gum and fingers being crossed. Upset but saw the writing on the wall. Good luck to anyone left as I’m sure the company will fold or sell before too long
