I mean there should be a line after which more outsourcing is not posile. What are they gonna do, outsource the whole company? Judging by the amount of outsourcing that took place we have to be more or less close to that line. Will the time come when we will be less afraid of outsourcing?

Considered we are aiming to generate $1B In annualized savings through 2023, I would think this will go on for quite some time. The plan is to re-engineer go to market and info systems and simplify organizational structure. Assuming PepsiCo divides the changes equally through 2023....... I think you get the picture. The craziness will continue. Nothing insider about the details here. One just needs to read the financial news and the picture is clear.
Ik and her cronies captured the company and sold it out indirectly. Regretfully it is now about running it from low cost India.
Good luck. The laugh is on us to have trusted lies she spread there was no loyalty to her employees it was sad to say to her country of origin
Forget PepsiCo. While other companies were working towards growth, PepsiCo was busy working on cost cutting. Would have been a good strategy had PepsiCo actually made appropriate investment into the company as they claimed to be doing. However, as we have all seen, little investment occurred with our previous CEO. Much of the savings went to shareholders and to her exorbitant salary. Now we have a CEO with a pro growth agenda and he’s cutting to build up cash after the deep cuts already made under the previous loser CEO. Losing battle for employees. Best to jump ship while there are jobs to be had. Bale on this losing company ASAP!!!!!!!!!
they are turning it into an Indian company, displacing american workers with indian H1 visa people who are desperate to stay in the USA and escape their backward country and culture at any cost even if it means working like indentured servants in sweatshop conditions .
