Listen I don’t work at SGAS anymore. I left to go to what I thought was a better place. I was an avid reader and contributor to the posts on this site and quite frankly let it influence me way too much. After being in several roles since SGAS I am now interviewing to rejoin the team.
Sure there are challenges there, like anywhere else. But there is also an unbelievable culture with a strong need for your services in the market place. Just look at all the companies like flexential, Rackspace and Tierpoint now leveraging the brand and niche of Resilience.
Don’t be surprised when you get another job and realize it’s just that. A job, nothing more and the culture is flat and unrewarding.
