Talked to one of the new guys yesterday and I was shocked to hear him talk about this place as a great career opportunity. He honestly thinks he'll be able to build his career here.

He's drinking the HR Kool-Aid. As soon as they cut off the supply he'll snap out of it. Unless he continues to seek his supply by brown nosing in the good ole boys club. Then he'll be too busy schmoozing to work and pushing it on to that of his coworkers. Then he'll be promoted and out of your building in no time. I wouldn't worry. The Kool-Aid and the environment this breeds isn't toxic at all, its just in the ground here.
