I wonder if acosta company complies with the warn act with all these layoffs...im not familiar with what they do...but you cant just willy nilly layoff with no notice..a-- law student im thinking a mass lawsuit is probably in the works

They do not comply with the Warn Act Law. And they are getting away with it.
They never warn anyone unless you have a conference call on a Friday, full time being cut to part time or lower hours. Or not even a call at all. Never notice.
