Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

1213 DM needs to quit.

He’s a bully. He yells at associates in aisles. He lies. He is always In an unreasonably mood. He calls stores to ask his family members to get special treatment. He is bad for Lowes. He came up with code 5, where cashier waits for 5 customers to be in line before calling backup. He reduced payroll in stores and caused all scores and metrics to tank. Just quit please, or get fired.

Not calling anyone a liar. We have never used a code 5 at our store. Will have to stop in and ask about a code 5. Maybe has to do with having to call in other stores to help you get cleaned up and ready for the season.

Code 5 in place at store 442 south Indy. If the person calling me a liar is truly in 1213 call someone and ask. BTW the intercom call out still says code 3, but dm said code five is his policy to save cashier payroll dollars.

If I post a name they pull this down. He’s grouched at me. He dressed down a member of the stock crew for staging appliances in the aisles as he was instructed. He has ignored the hiring process to install his lackeys. Code five for cashiers. Question something he says one time and you’ll get that whiff of anus. He is a butt hole.

sounds like our district manager. he walks into a store...knows nothing about what is currently going on---like you could be in the middle of a project but simply got called away to help a customer--- and just starts barking orders. gets the management all riled up and then they start threatening peoples jobs over it. hes incredibly demeaning even to the store manager. guys an a-- clown...needs to go away. gotta love these guys that hide behind their titles. talk like that to a total stranger and theyd get their a-- handed to them......how big of an ego can you possibly have when you know the people you are going off on have no ability to reply to you with just how immature youre acting!
