So since some nobody at UBS writes something you automatically believe him? He has nothing to back up his words. Neither company revealed any details that would shed such light.
If true, that Apple is coughing up $6B, instead of the $9B Steve previously said they owed us, then Apple wins bigly. Would also indicate Apple got a favorable royalty going forward, not what UBS is saying.
