I’ve been working as a contractor for Anadarko, periodically. In other words they would call me for a gig from time to time. Any info on will the current practices regarding what people they call in when there is a part time gig change. Can the same people expect to get called in after Chevron takes over?

Contractors are dead meat. They will be the first to go.
Last APC layoff, 80%+ of US based contractors were let go but majority were Mozambique related.
I have been a contractor for 25 years. Employees often go first as they are more expensive to keep than contractors.
Contractors are the first on the block.
