How is Anadarko land dept structured? Are the surface and mineral reps on seperate teams? What percent are surface vs mineral?

Separate is a commonly misspelled word.
It’s common knowledge that Chevron land reps are mostly wet behind the ears young pups. I would expect the APC land reps to dominate that department going forward.
