“Placed an order with Barnes and noble over 2 months ago. Ordered books for my daughter’s birthday, which is today. Received 2 out of 3 and have been calling for weeks now. Today I was told that it’s an outside seller so I will need to follow up! Barnes and noble took my order and my money, why is it my responsibility to follow up??? Been emailing with seller and still have no answer! Will dispute charge since I can’t seem to speak to anyone that has a clue. Will NEVER shop with Barnes and Noble again!”
“After dealing with the store manager in the Waterfront location about one of their team members constantly s-xually harrasing me when I go in and asked for the issue to be resolved and all I was told was don't come in to the stores Saturday or Sundays when he works isn't the best for your buisness...especially since I work across the street from your buisness and use the cafe often and he is there. Well looks like time to find a new place of buisness...”

“so disappointed with what used to be my all time favorite company. Pre ordered JR Ward's The Savior, super excited only to receive an e mail TODAY, that the book will not be delivered until 04/06...so I called customer service only to be told now it wont be delivered until 04/08. No options, no apologies, Just that is the way it goes. Not sure when their customer service got so bad, what a shame. I am better off going thru amazon. I guess live and learn. So I will be looking for a new book store.”
