Just so disgusting how Eddie is totally canabolizing what was once a great company, not surprising since he has zero inegrity. His reputation has already suffered and his legacy will be of a ruthless, looting pirate who cared of nothing but his own pocket.
All of this maneuvering by Eddie is just a wealthy man playing a board game like Monopoly, it's just a hobby that he'll drop whenever he gets bored. Even after taking a beating on Sears, he's still a 1 percent-er playing around with people's lives. Working at Sears is like have a continuous cloud hanging over one's head or walking on thin ice, wondering when everything crashes down. I left there a year ago and I don't miss the continuous drama.
Eddie has like 60% of the company and already ousted the board members that wanted to liquidate.
fast eddie acquiring shos would be cheap insurance to deflect public opinion on plans for the "newco" sears - can always spin it as - well I tried to save as many jobs as possible and it just didn't work out - 😈
