Please do not have it be layoffs. We've had folks try this here at Best Buy and it does not work. Invest and develop talent, that works.

Bol is a thing of the past
Best Buy has managed to eliminate literally all of the people who gave a damn about their jobs in the last year because of 1D. I’ve watched so many people who were dead set on staying with the company back out and run because of how many jobs they’ve cut. It’s sad. And as a BOL I can tell you that it 100% reflects in the staff that we’ve hired now. They are truly “being human” by putting corporate first and f---ing their best employees.
