Be weary of “productivity” projects at HQ in Plano. These projects are disguised as “One Simple Thing”. Make no mistake. These projects are about gathering info and preparing for future layoffs. It’s all about gathering your knowledge so they can pass it on to your younger, less expensive replacement. Don’t make it easy on them. Be stingy with what you know.

Has anyone heard of Project Atlas? It's an entire team focused on eliminating and outsourcing position. It's only a matter of time before you are asked to complete detailed operating procedures for your position or a detailed outline of all your responsibilities and the time required each day, week, period, etc.
To that extent, do not complete the Digital Fitness survey Jody promoted during the town hall. It rates and ranks you to your fellow IT colleagues. Yet one more tool to determine who to cut.
