These CAP reviews are totally biased. If you are not part of the gang, you are screwed. The reviews are subjective. Employees cannot fight on those anyway. One way to get rid of psychopants yesmen of the bosses
Did you ever have anything less than "Achieves Expectations" on your CAP? If so, you were deemed an under-performer and they are now looking for an over-achiever to take your place. Makes sense to me, wouldn't you want that if you ran a business?
