I went back to my old store to buy some things. Could not believe the climate of fear that exists. People afraid to stand still and talk. Told me all managers do is right them up.
Customers smell it too.

my store is in complete "threat" mode. we are all being threatend to do things that are unethical and not something we should be doing, or we are out....
The only thing that smells at my store is the burning rubber in the the parking lot as the associates who have quit lay a patch on the way out.
Same here. Went to the store and only people left are the managers. All the others have changed out and hardly any know what they are doing. The ones that do know are afraid to talk, they have to keep busy. I just wanted a new refrigerator. No one could help me. Left and bought one somewhere else.
