I’m aware that there will be layoffs restructuring, lowering the headcount, but could we also be facing outsourcing of some segments of the company within the restructure required by Ch 11? Is that even allowed in this position?

Jobs were outsourced to Mexico and India last year.
They have been outsourcing groups like VNOC and SS7 groups before they were in Chapter 11. Don't see them stopping now if it saves them money.
