"They should thank Aurelius actually, gave them an excuse to file chapter 11"

With how fast things happened after the court decision, wonder if WIN and Aurelius didn't plan this whole thing out from the REIT split to get to Chapter 11 and allow them to 'chop off 'what they don't want. Especially with WIN moving fast to file Chapter 11 - they didn't really try to 'fight' the court decision off the bat, and WIN doesn't do anything fast, except to give executives raises.

Much more going on behind the scenes than we will ever know.

Management that has no idea what they're doing, that's why you have these results. Has nothing to do with losing the lawsuit. Unless you get all your information from stream of course. They should thank Aurelius actually, gave them an excuse to file chapter 11.

who in their right minds think win will be profitable in the near future?

It's not always bad to be in last place. Here's some things we can focus on: One, we tried hard. And two, we're still dear friends!

So basically Aurelius didn't even amount to even two quarters' worth of losses, it just moved the timetable forward half a year or so.

The only thing profitable is the executive bonuses and salaries. Let everyone else eat chile.

with results as bad as these, even these con men couldn't spin this more positively, don't blame the aurelius decision for these results, blame the wonderful incompetent "leadership". win was already circling the drain fast, but that's not what you read on stream though. LOL

If they closed down the stream server how would they be able to tell everyone how great a job they're doing for the company?

And the posts on Stream will be:

"Team, we are on the right track, we had a profitable 2018 and will be doing better in 2019!"

They are correct in meaning that executive bonuses were very profitable last year and also this year, so things for the executives are looking up!

If they closed down the Stream server, wonder how much money they could 'save'??
