Yeah I was informed I won't be receiving any more raises but the new guy started off making nearly the same as me so how can I be capped? Oh wait I forgot Lowe's has a history of paying females and blacks less than white guys.
Pay more attention to the stock.
I wish I could get a raise for not working; oh wait i'm not a manager or a supervisor.

Let me share with you what my manager shared with me when I asked about a raise; worry about doing your job and not about how much you are being paid.
I was told that raises will start on the 29th paycheck.

All the manager raises were given to the hard-working associates who deserve it more.
