Thread regarding Windstream Corp. layoffs

Maybe the layoffs will be transparent within the bankruptcy

It’s hard to find comfort in any of this, i really is. However maybe because of the fact that layoffs will be performed in the bankruptcy procedure they will be more transparent that it would have been the case if we were expecting “regular” layoffs. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn’t there an obligation that any major decision is required to be confirmed by the court, and that will be known publicly. In this way maybe we will get a better picture of what’sh--ting us.

Wow. What a terrible place to work. I wish you all the best.

I hope they can figure out a way for TT to go to prison. He was an average auditor at best. Running a company; that is too much. Fools and there money are soon parted/ or partying.

The last bankrupt layoffs i experienced was done in waves and it was foretold it will happen to the employees. That was with worldcom however and that in itself was a different situation than what windstream is under. However the layoffs was not kept secret in that respect after it all came into light.
