Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

A Good Laugh

For a good laugh go and look at Pepsico reviews on Glassdoor. There are so many 5 star reviews lately praising Pepsico for being a wonderful company with no down sides , great work life balance, great pay, great career growth, great everything blah blah blah. There are either some seriously delusional people or this is just HR trying to prop up the company’s sagging 64% approval rating or maybe it’s a new requirement you have to leave a glowing review in order to get a severance package ?

glassdoor and pepisco are a joke. I wrote a truthful, accurate review about my years at pepsico and Glassdoor initially accepted it, I have an email saying they accepted it. Then the review was posted for the world to see and it lasted about 2 days before it was removed with no explanation. I guess pepsico didn't like all the little inconvenient details.

please write a Glassdoor review and give us 5 green stars and try to use “thought leadership “ and “ servant leadership” in it

Oh please, over half the comments on this site are from Pepsi. Stuff gets posted and reactions are gaged. Anything that does not go the right way gets deleted. If you are an ex employee, just walk away. If you are a current employee, either stop whining or walk away.
