GE Pads the Books...

As someone who watched their manager pad the books and change numbers to help build this "goodwill" disparity... its funny to see this on the macro level.

Your as guilty as your manager for not raising as a compliance concern. Understand the apprehension and fear of retaliation but that should not out weigh doing the right thing. This whole mess is because of people like you including Officers who failed us by letting Immelt get away with actions leading to the company demise as they weren’t big enough to take a stand and lose their nice package. Instead they are all off golfing with millions while those left are trying to save the company not to mention the thousands laid off impacting livelihoods and families. Immelt still has gall to show up like he was some type of hero in transitioning the company... the guy has no morals let alone apathy for people he single handily ruined. I’m sure he isn’t losing any sleep over it. People need need to step up and start talking when they see Leaders doing the wrong thing.

@Y463HcR- So are you questioning your managers integrity or your own for not reporting it? Sounds like you're both losers.
