Yes. I’m sure the district HR, like the one for 1213 who didn’t know a month after our store ASA quit that he had quit and also thought the same Asa was a woman, will handle it properly.
He is the reason I waited 3 1/2 weeks for my exit paperwork after I quit Lowes.
Contact district level HR. Inform them as to what is happening. If you are getting a write up for no leads, then in order to be “fair and consistent”, every other associate in the store who has not gotten a lead will need to be written up as well. Otherwise, that is targeting. If district HR does not address the issue, continue to work your way up the chain of command. Be sure to include as much information as possible in the complaint (who, what, when, where, why, etc). Request copies of any write ups that you receive. Also, request lead performance information and try to get to the bottom of why they are targeting you and not everyone else.
