At my store nothing good has come from the changes. A lot of par timers, long term employees long gone, sales are down, basically a big mess. I swear it would be much better for the shareholders to make the leadership part time employees, as they obviously don't want to fire them.

They are part time at my store, bastthey show up to let us in and show up to let us out. We have no idea where there are in between.
Pretty much at our store the SM, ASM’s, and DM’s are worthless. They don’t do sh-- but walk around, won’t help when needed and don’t believe a word that comes from their mouths. They have no control over their people and what they don’t want to do, they push it onto the over worked small overnight Stocking Team. Down stocking, cleaning, repairing shelf uprights that some other a--hole damaged. No trust or confidence for those sh-- for brains.
They are pretty much part time at my store, never see them !
