I can think of one very specific employee type that isn’t afraid of leaving this place and that won’t have trouble quickly finding a comparable or better job elsewhere. Top performing sales people. No chance that the best in that department are not gone or planning to leave. The engine of the company is about to go from a 6 cylinder to a 2 stroke lawn mower. Add that to the churn from existing customers churning because they don’t want the weakest link to be access from a company in bankruptcy and you have a good idea of windstream future.
