200$ stock....

HaHaHa! Only 100$ per share to go Carvin Marvin. Perhaps if you fire more employees, god bless a few investors, give everyone remaining in the stores orange shoes, and Change the name to Lowe’s Depot, the stock may bump up 5$ or so.

actually, i work really hard, in multiple departments and enjoy helping customers. so i am not crying about working hard and taking pride in what i do. it is the decrease in pay and bonuses, the increase in expectations and requirements that used to be with the higher paying specialists. i am now responsible for leads and sales and i don't get half of what they make. lowes cannot change my job description every year and create requirements that will cost me my job when i am good employee. it is calculated. it is wrong. in fact, i think i need to see it in writing. but, rest assured WHAH, i take pride in my work and what i do and i know there are a lot of good, hardworking people at lowes who are being taken advantage of, held to a new and wrong standard, and will be pushed out the door because of a change in business model and a desire to pad middle management and take the store to PT, that in the end, will not work. it was said to us that people will be fired - from cashier to store management. 3 times, you are out.

It’s because of c-appy employees like you that we have a decline in stock. If you would do your job and help customers instead of going on a site where 20-30 other losers go to to cry about heir lives then we would be successful. But no you want to blame Lowes for your failures in life. Even tho your mom should have swallowed.

That’s exactly the plan, set unattainable goals and terminate the F/T employees!!! Replace them with P/T people for 10 bucks an hour, no benefits. At my store the plan is already being implemented.

And then Ellison has the hypocritical audacity to ask God to bless us! What a duplicitous A==

well, if you hold everyone to unattainable goals and force them out after three write ups and hire part timers to take your place for $12 per hour....could be doable
