This was only the beginning of the restructuring. I just wish we had some more info and knew what to expect.
It's not going to be fun having to stress over what's going to happen without having any idea when and what that is...

Now that Blake is gone expect the downfall of Nordstrom to pick up the pace. The greed heads will drain the company dry and then move on while the people who made the company are put out to pasture.
What about housekeeping? Anybody heard anything? Why does logistics have so many assistants?
Here are more changes coming...Only the top salespeople will get paid commission. They will start paying people hourly. Training people to roam across departments. Reminds me of Walmart. The customer service will only go downhill.
Going to be VERY interesting SOC meetings this month, especially with one of the Nordstrom's coming to ours. We were told that we really shouldnt feel secure unless we're meeting every metric. Makes me SICK how much this company has changed. Whatever board members came in and changed the culture, theyre in for a rude awakening when the company falls apart internally.
Mangers severed and moved and demoted. Adms moved severed and demoted. Not a nice day. More restructuring to come.
