I'm a salesperson at a full-line store and I think the manner in which the company approached the DMs/assistants was horrible and unprofessional. Very frustrating. Company seems to be headed south. Would not be surprised to see another major retailers doing a similar move within the next few years. Soon, the days of retail shopping in-store will be long gone.
