It’s only taken Marvelous 8 months to take a good company and turn it to garbage. We always had our issues. But at our store, it’s become an abysmal wasteland. The morale from the store manager down to the cashiers is the lowest it’s ever been. Call offs are out of control. There’s no help. Customer complaints are at an all time high. As a result sales are way down from last year. The Kool-Aid isn’t working on our managers anymore. Marv must have changed the formula to cut cost. What’s your store like???

The Orangeburg, NY store is the same dump it's always been. No one helps customers, asms hide in back office, and no experienced employees. DUMP!

Our store is about the same. They aren’t getting hardly anyone showing up to the open hiring days. The few that do are rough looking. At this rate we won’t have any seasonal help either. Some of the few they did hire already quit. It’s gonna be an ugly 100 days the way it’s going.
