Im sorry, but competent, conceptually thinking mangers at Lowes in all levels is an oxymoron.

But yes, "Go Do Less" .. is the new God Bless in reality. Marv doesnt care, hes posturing. Proven by his lack of attention at the store levels. Complaints are pouring in, and hes doing podcasts and never addresses poor stores or unethical managers. Shame on him.
