i have seen no message as to what will replace the current form of SSEI. WE know SM's and DM's bonus structure has doubled but for those of the common folk...nothing yet. Our SSEI (all $50 of it) should be this check. I also wonder what type of raise the specialists will get this year. That has usually been the last check in March but again...no word.

Ssei I think this week, bonus if any might be end of the month or this paycheck.
If you’ve been with Lowes in the same position for 5 or more years you are likely maxed in pay. 2% increases were standard so no biggy.
SSEI is unlikely with all the current cuts. Receipt exit survey results are always below par when customers wait in long lines.
We often get 5s on those that include a compliment for one employee but go on to say line to pay was long, or the store was dirty.
Then we get told as cashiers to expedite customer lines by not talking so much; TO THE CUSTOMERS!!!
Then we got a result that said we were rude.
To answer your question though. 1st pay of March for both.
