Is anyone in leadership happy anymore? Open for change,but it seems everyone around is just scared now a days. Dallas has gone through stl rotations which most are unhappy about but too scared to say. Houston is constantly posting leadership both astl and stl, Austin has its top favorites such as Domain which if they looked closely at the stl before they would know there is a lot going on there and Abt can't get it together, Louisiana has leadership that shouldn't even be there....it seems there a lot missing now a days.

Houston has been an absolute sh--show for years, but now that Jennifer Wind is no longer the EC there's hope for improvement.
I agree about a Louisiana. The Metairie STL is a joke. He’s A terrible communicator, very rude, and an all-around shady person. The STL’s at Broad and Arabella are garbage too.
We had an STL here in florida quit from his "diamond" store due the stress of running that b##tch and the cuts to their EVA bonus structures...gotta love corporations...
So how do you know so much about 2 states and 5 specific cities?
The people in regional leadership are acting like its 1995 and we're the only game in town. they would do well to remember that regional support is there to support the stores that bring in the revenue, not the other way around. There should be the equivalent of term limits on regional leadership positions, to prevent stagnation.
