The fire sale at WIN has been under way for some time - bad customer service from before will become worse as more departments are being outsourced. They really need to just automate TT and his Zombie Executives jobs - they don't really do anything, and AI can think faster and more efficiently than these clueless executives.
How much money would the company free up if they automated all the executive jobs? CEO's need to realize that their jobs will also be automated eventually - no need to have anyone like TT taking up needless resources when instead his salary could be put to better use and ensuring the company stays afloat.
Windstream could opt to use contractors instead of technicians. More expensive per hour, but would mean no payroll taxes, 401k match, insurance, or vehicles/fuel/maintenance/insurance.
Who’s going to do the work in the field then?
I heard CST/BST's will be the first by the end of second quarter. Wonder what our faux CEO has to say about this. He should fall in his sword and leave now.

I know it sounds bad, but that is why I have only used my optional holiday thus far. I have not even touched my vacation. I am too scared to use it due to this. I want to make sure that I get as much vacation back as possible. If it doesn’t happen, I will use it at the end of the year.
