in today's world, it is easy to survive. Simplify identify as a minority female, regardless of your real biological status - a piece of cake. The social justice warriors at Walmart will fall over themselves to promote you. Add in more protected categories, wear a dress, and get lots of tattoos and body piercings, and you will be an EVP in 6 months.
PC/TC's are going next.
WMT is now a political enterprise. They worship Diversity and Inclusion and Equality of Result. This is a recipe for disaster. The chickens always come home to roost.

I wish all things Academy would be sacrificed. I wouldn't even care if they pocketed the money they saved. Every penny of the wasted millions
Walmart is a for profit business. It’s not a jobs program. Without profit no one would have a job.
