The goal is to get down under 100 DMs before the merge.
More lay offs to come tomorrow. This time it’s the district managers who need to prepare to be let go. This is hard to watch, many friends and colleagues are being let go.
Trust me when I say, those that were laid off are the lucky ones. They will find something better, in the end nobody ever says I wish i would have worked harder for rac!
May our Lord God help those who were laid off - may He open the window of opportunities for them. May the protection of His loving hands be with us all! God bless!
